Executive Coaching for People of Colour/of the Global Majority

To be seen and heard at work, people of color are encouraged to assimilate to the dominant culture. 

Might it be time to experience executive coaching that begins with an understanding of how systems of oppression shape your experience when working in your organisation, on your team, or in your group?

Through these 55-minute sessions we will explore how:

• To recognise and acknowledge the impact of oppressive systems on you, 

• To discern if and when to share the impact at work,

• To generate support for yourself, 

• To be seen or heard at work while navigating ways of being that are not built around your needs or lived experience

The fee is $1,500 for 4 sessions.
