Nonviolent Communication, also known as Compassionate Communication introduces principles of nonviolence to build connection and relationality. It goes beyond being a communication model as you can embed its principles to any element of organisational well-being and change. Your teams, whether the executive team or functional area, will learn what it takes to make room for collaboration that is effective and done with care. You will also learn how communicate and manage hard to hear things. We also offer Marie Miyashiro’s licensed 3x3 Empathy, a research-based model designed for organisations.
