In response to the global anti-racist movement many organisations are responding to the needs and demands of their staff teams, clients, and other stakeholders looking for change in how organisations welcome voices from diverse backgrounds.
Leaders have a powerful and unique role in shaping a culture of belonging that meets the needs of marginalised and underrepresented groups. Many leaders struggle to understand how systems of oppression around racism, gender, sexuality, to name a few, impact the people on their teams and disrupt the flow of innovation and creativity--leaving talent and opportunities unexplored and creating tension and disengagement.
Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppression Leadership coaching will give you the space to explore, with support, how to clarify your own commitment to equity within your team and organisation. The coaching will provide you with a safe space to ask the questions to help you understand these systems that foster bias and inequality. The coaching sessions will support you to make a plan for your own personal growth readying you to take on organisational change in a meaningful and effective way.
Through these 55-minute sessions we will explore what it takes for leaders to address the needs of all of their team members and to steward their organisation’s, teams’ or groups’ culture to foster belonging of all people of all backgrounds.
The fee is $1,500 for 4 sessions.
