Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations can be done with 48 hours notice. Makeup sessions are to be done within the week, unless there is agreement to go beyond this. Though makeup sessions in all cases are to be scheduled within one week or seven days. Sessions not cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for makeup sessions. 

There are no refunds for coaching services.

 Refunds for courses and workshops are available before the start date of the scheduled sessions, save for a $50.00 administrative fee, unless the refund is requested within 24 hours of registration.
